Help setting up Limited Company in Halifax

Ed from Halifax needed help setting up a limited company as has always traded as a sole trader but wanted to expand his business. He needed help with submitting his VAT returns, payroll and help with organising his accounts.

I visited him a few days later at his business in Mixenden and advised him about the process for setting up a company and how to manage the change over from sole trader to limited status.

I incorporated his company advising him on the best way to save on tax by using his wife as a shareholder.

As an accountant in Brighouse I now go collect his paperwork on a quarterly basis, file the VAT returns quickly and submit the payroll monthly. This has allowed Ed more time to concentrate on running his business without the hassle of managing the accounts as well.
